PLMJ advises Grupo R Vilar on the sale of Palegessos to Saint-Gobain

PLMJ advised the R Vilar Group on the sale of Palegessos — which operates under the Liveplace brand and is the national leader in the sale of construction solutions — to Saint-Gobain. Saint-Gobain is the world leader in lightweight and sustainable construction and operates in Portugal through the specialised distribution brand Distriplac.
