PLMJ advises M7 on the sale of IN Ermesinde Retail Park

PLMJ advised M7, a leader and specialist in the commercial property market, on the sale of the IN Ermesinde Retail Park to Swiss Life Asset Managers, in an acquisition made through Mistral Seléction SCPI.

The transaction was led by Ricardo Reigada Pereira, co-head partner of the Real Estate and Tourism practice, assisted by Diogo Neves, a lawyer in the same practice.

Located just 13 kilometres north-east of Porto, the IN Ermesinde Retail Park has a total area of over 7,000 m² and is Mistral Seléction SCPI's first foreign acquisition.
