About Ricardo
Ricardo is a partner and co-head of the Real Estate and Tourism practice.
He has spent much of his career representing real estate investors and developers in the acquisition and disposal of real estate portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, and the construction and commercialisation of logistics parks, office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks, as well as in pan-European real estate transactions and IP planning.
Ricardo holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a PhD in international taxation from the same faculty.
He was a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and is the author of academic articles, as well as a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
Before joining PLMJ, Ricardo was managing partner at RRP Advogados and, prior to that, managing associate in charge of the Tax practice at Linklaters LLP in Lisbon.
