PLMJ advises the Yael Foundation on the acquisition of Impala Building

PLMJ advised the Yael Foundation, a charitable organisation, on the acquisition of the Impala Building, which was the headquarters of the Impala Group.

The PLMJ team was also led by Ricardo Reigada Pereira. The team included Hélder Santos Correia, managing associate, and Miguel André Martins, associate, both from the same practice.

Operating in 41 countries, the Yael Foundation aims to strengthen its presence in Portugal by establishing new educational facilities with this acquisition, which received PLMJ’s full support at every stage of the transaction. The Impala Building has a floor area of approximately 15,000 square metres.
