About Hélder
Hélder focuses on M&A and real estate matters. He advises clients on domestic and international real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, forward purchases and sale and leaseback transactions.
He also assists clients with real estate development, leasing (including triple net leases) and the management of real estate assets across a range of sectors, particularly tourism, healthcare, retail, office and residential.
Before joining PLMJ, he was a managing associate at RRP Advogados and also worked at Uría Menéndez in Lisbon.
