A group of PLMJ lawyers from the Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate M&A practices participated in the Nova School of Law's e-course on ESG Reporting and Due Diligence (Portuguese edition), which took place between 25 September and 27 November. The lawyers were Bruno Ferreira, managing partner, Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira, senior counsel, and Rita Romão, senior associate.
The PLMJ specialists were lecturers in the module "S": Social - Human Rights, in a course on "Introduction to Social Risks: Theory and Practice" and "Social Indicators" on 2 October. On 20 November, they will be speakers in Module 'G': Governance, in a class on 'Introduction to Governance Risks: Theory and Practice'.
Bruno Ferreira was a speaker in Module 'G': Governance, in a class on 'Expectations and good practices in governance'.
