PLMJ has announced the creation of PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados, its new local partner in Angola.
PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados specialises in providing support for companies that want to set up or operate businesses in Angola, and it applies a cross-sector, full-service approach.
The team includes some of the professionals that PLMJ had already worked with in Angola and it has now been strengthened by founding partner Renata Valenti and two new members. Moreover, it can count on the support of PLMJ's specialised teams in Portugal which comprise more than 300 lawyers in total.
PLMJ Colab Angola - RVA Advogados is part of PLMJ Colab, an international network for cooperation that includes the offices of PLMJ located from the north to the south Portugal and a group of law firms based in countries with cultural and strategic ties to Portugal.
The Angola firm is headed by Renata Valenti, a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice. Renata has returned to PLMJ where she was of counsel and a senior associate in PLMJ's partner firm in Angola from 2012 to 2017.
