PLMJ partner Tiago Cortes speaks to Negócios about using work email accounts for personal purposes

Tiago Cortes, a partner from PLMJ's employment and labour practice, has spoken to the newspaper Jornal de Negócios about the use by employees of work email accounts for personal purposes. "If the employee admits that 20% of what is in his or her email account is private, then the employer can evaluate whether or not this situation is admissible in terms of use of working time", explains Tiago Cortes.
