PLMJ promotes six lawyers to senior associate

PLMJ has recently announced the promotion of six associates to the position of senior associate. The lawyers who were promoted are:

• Alexandre Norinho de Oliveira from PLMJ Banking and Finance
• Carla Machado from PLMJ Public Law and Regulatory  
• Dearbháile Banahan from PLMJ Algarve
• Diogo Belard Correia from PLMJ Real Estate, Town & Country Planning, and Tourism
• Pedro Gaspar da Silva from PLMJ Corporate / M&A and Private Equity
• Salomé Corte-Real from PLMJ Tax

For PLMJ managing partner Luis Pais Antunes, "the promotion of six new senior associates, after another year of hard work and success, is recognition of merit and quality of these lawyers. It also reflects PLMJ’s renewed focus on a younger generation and demonstrates the dedication and success we achieve every day in identifying and retaining talent".

With these latest promotions, PLMJ has strengthened its leading position as one of Portugal’s pre-eminent law firms. It now has 60 partners, 22 managing associates, and now 57 senior associates, among a total of around 300 lawyers. PLMJ maintains its focus on the quality of the services it provides to its clients and on the seniority of its team.
