PLMJ regulatory overview published in” The European Lawyer

 Pedro Metello Nápoles and Rita Sousa Gomes  PLMJ senior and junior partners respectively, published in co authorship an article in the July/August issue of the legal british magazine “The European Lawyer. 

Under the title” Overview of Portuguese Litigatin and Arbitration” the text defines the main rules which caractherize both proceedings within the Portuguese legal order  finalizing with a short explanation on the means of enforcing in Portugal foreign court decisions and arbitral awards.
