PLMJ will be attending the 13th Lisbon Urban Rehabilitation Week (SRU) event.
This year, the focus of PLMJ's legal seminar will be ‘The challenges of rehabilitation between planning, law and design’. Micaela Giestas Salvador, managing partner in the Public Law practice, will lead the seminar. Carolina Campos Dias, senior partner in the Tax practice, will take part in the round table discussion.
Sofia Nogueira Leite, a managing associate in the Real Estate and Tourism practice, will speak at the roundtable discussion on the topic of 'Build to Rent: The new market opportunity!'.
Partners Andreia Candeias Mousinho and Luís Moitinho de Almeida will also be participating in the 13^(th) edition of SRU, the largest national event dedicated to housing, construction, and sustainability issues.
Running until 5 March, Lisbon Urban Regeneration Week involves more than 100 speakers in a series of conferences, debates, workshops and legal seminars.
