Public Law team at Wood Giants

Lawyers from the Public Law team are attending the international conference on timber construction.

Joana Brandão (partner), Adriana Macedo (senior counsel) and Bernardo Patrão (associate), all from the Public Law practice, are taking part in Wood Giants, organised by CarmoForm.

Taking place at the National Laboratory for Civil Engineering (LNEC) in Lisbon, this inaugural conference will bring together some of the most influential figures in engineering, architecture, and timber construction. It will connect the Iberian Peninsula with leading international figures in the sector.

Topics will include high-rise construction, sustainability, circularity and new construction models, offering participants the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into internationally renowned projects and the potential of timber to address today’s construction challenges.
