About António

António is an associate in the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practice, advising national and international clients on the design, structuring and execution of financial and investment transactions. He is involved in structured finance, corporate finance and acquisition finance, in cross-border financings, debt restructuring and issuance processes.

His practice also encompasses the formation of investment funds and other collective investment undertakings, including the structuring of investment operations involving such entities.

He was also seconded to a large-scale Data Centre project in Europe.

António holds a law degree from the Católica Lisbon School of Law and an LL.M in Business Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, together with an internship in Private Equity Tax at PwC, in Berlin.
