About Francisca

Francisca is an associate in the Public Law practice and has more than 3 years' experience.

She advises public and private organisations on public law matters, with a particular focus on administrative litigation, construction arbitration and public procurement.

Francisca holds a law degree from Católica Porto School of Law and completed a postgraduate course in employment and social security law at the same institution. She also completed a postgraduate course in public procurement law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra.

She is the co-author of several articles in the field of public law, published in the International Journal of Arbitration and Conciliation and in the book Public Works Contracts: Formation and Execution of the Contract.

Before joining PLMJ, she completed a short internship at the firm.
