Hugo Aparício

About Hugo

Hugo is an associate in the Public Law practice. He has advised public and private entities on public law matters, with a particular focus on public procurement and administrative litigation. His work ranges from dealing with all the stages of pre-contract procedures to the various aspects of the performance of public contracts. He also represents clients in court and arbitration disputes.

He has a law degree from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, a master's degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and he completed a postgraduate course in public procurement law and practice at the same university.

Hugo has also researched and published academic articles in his areas of specialisation, administrative law and public procurement law.
