About Ana

Ana is a managing associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has 10 years' experience. She focuses on M&A transactions, advising companies, corporate groups and venture capital funds on the structuring and negotiation of transactions. She also advises on investment and divestment transactions, particularly in the technology, industrial and energy sectors.

She also specialises in fintech, advising investors and crypto-asset service providers on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

Ana holds a master's degree in corporate and business law from Católica Lisbon School of Law. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in corporate finance from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and in securities law and banking law from Católica Porto School of Law..

She is a member of the Legal Council of the Portuguese Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Association.
