Ana Nunes Teixeira

Ana is a coordinating associate in the Corporate M&A practice. With close to 10 years of experience, she has been primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions, advising companies, corporate groups and venture capital funds on the structuring and negotiation of transactions, as well as on investment and divestment operations, with a particular focus on the technology, industrial and energy sectors.

She also develops her practice in the Fintech area, advising investors and crypto-asset service providers on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.

Ana holds a Master’s degree in Corporate and Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University. She also completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, as well as in Securities Law and Banking Law at the Portuguese Catholic University of Porto. She is a member of the Legal Council of the Portuguese Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies Association.
