About Luís Miguel
Luís is a managing associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices and has 8 years' experience.
He advises on structured finance, corporate finance, financial derivatives, debt issuances and banking regulatory matters.
Luís attended the LL.M. in Law in a European and Global Context at Católica Lisbon School of Law. He also completed a postgraduate course in securities law at the Securities Institute of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
Luís returned to PLMJ in 2022 after working as a legal consultant at Haitong Bank.
