About Marta
Marta is a managing associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice and has 12 years' experience.
She focuses on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, mobility, advertising, consumer law and technology contracts.
She advises Portuguese and international clients on regulatory and transactional matters, including data protection compliance, the negotiation of IT contracts, advice on digital businesses and the management of security incidents.
Throughout her career, she has worked with companies in the healthcare, telecommunications, distribution and financial sectors.
Marta holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, as well as postgraduate diplomas in Private Law Studies (FDUP) and Intellectual Property Law (APDI/FDUL).
