Managing associate in the Employment and Labour practice.
Pedro is a managing associate in the Employment and Labour practice and has 10 years' experience. He focuses on advising clients on employment and labour law, social security and pensions matters.
Pedro has led legal teams responsible for designing, drafting, negotiating and renegotiating the contractual packages associated with various public-private partnerships in the road sector. He also provides regular advice to clients in the road and transport sectors in Portugal. In addition, he has experience advising promoters and financing entities on a range of employment and labour law matters.
He holds a master's degree in law and management from Católica Lisbon School of Law and completed a postgraduate course in employment and social security law at NOVA School of Law.
Pedro is a member of the Portuguese Sports Law Association (APDD) and the National Association of Young Portuguese Lawyers (ANJAP), on whose national board he serves.
Before joining PLMJ, he was a lawyer at Garrigues and worked as an intern and paralegal during the final year of his law degree at DLA Piper ABBC.
