About Rita
Rita is a partner and co-head of the Dispute Resolution practice. She has 20 years' experience and focuses on corporate and financial litigation.
Rita primarily advises clients, particularly banks, in disputes relating to financial instruments issued or sold through financial intermediation, the civil liability of directors, and corporate disputes.
She has worked on significant and complex cases, representing leading Portuguese and foreign banks.
Rita holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
