PLMJ lawyers at the 7th Course on Real Estate Law

The lawyers are leading several sessions at the 7th edition of the course.

The 7th Postgraduate Course in Real Estate Law, organised by the Research Centre for Private Law (CIDP), features several PLMJ lawyers as speakers in various sessions of the programme.

Francisco Lino Dias is leading the session “From the promise of sale to the sale itself”. Diogo Duarte Campos and Joana Brandão are leading two sessions: 'The financial balance of the construction contract and price revisions' and 'Pre-litigation and litigation in construction contracts'. Madalena Perestrelo de Oliveira is speaking at the session on 'Investment vehicles: FII, SIIMO and tax aspects', while João Serras de Sousa will lead the session 'Changes to the scope of the construction contract'.

The postgraduate course is aimed at professionals in the sector and graduates in law and related fields, and enables participants to deepen their knowledge of various aspects of real estate law.
