Hugo is a senior professional support lawyer in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. With 13 years' experience, he has focused on corporate finance, the sale and acquisition of loan and real estate portfolios, the issuance of debt and hybrid securities, mergers and acquisitions, and investment funds.
Hugo advises mainly credit institutions, listed companies, investment firms and financial companies.
He served as an assistant to the Secretary of State for the Treasury of the 19th Constitutional Government.
