Diogo Franco Coelho
Joined PLMJ in 2021.

About Diogo
Diogo is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice.
He advises on civil, commercial and corporate litigation, corporate arbitration and class actions.
Since 2015, he has been a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, teaching on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including in commercial and company law. He is also a researcher at the Research Centre for Private Law.
Diogo holds a master's degree in civil law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. His thesis, which has since been published, is entitled Contribution to the Study of Clauses Conferring the Power to Unilaterally Amend a Contract (Ius Variandi Clauses). He also holds postgraduate qualifications in corporate finance from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and in energy law from Católica Lisbon School of Law.
He is the author of various legal publications.
Before joining PLMJ, he was a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira.
