The Collection of Legal Studies for the Retail and Distribution Sector, published by AAFDL Editora, is now available and features contributions from several PLMJ lawyers.

João Tiago Morais Antunes and Leonor Branco Jaleco authored the chapter 'Client compensation, from the law to the court ruling: a critical analysis of the parameters of Article 34 of the Agency Contracts Act and its application by the courts'; Carla Góis Coelho and Diogo Franco Coelho contributed the chapter 'Brief notes on the practical application of the "change of circumstances" regime – lessons from the case law of the Covid-19 pandemic and practical guidelines for the future'; and Nuno Guedes Vaz authored the chapter 'The management of working time: adaptability and the hours bank'.

Bringing together contributions from various experts, the book offers a practical, multidisciplinary analysis of some of the most relevant legal issues for the retail and distribution sector.
