About Joana
Joana is a senior associate in the Public Law practice.
She focuses on public and regulatory law, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising Portuguese and international clients.
Joana holds a master's degree in administrative law from Católica Lisbon School of Law and a postgraduate diploma in energy law from the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences (ICJP).
Before joining PLMJ, she worked as a lawyer in the public law department of Campos Ferreira, Sá Carneiro e Associados.
