About João
João is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has 10 years' experience.
He advises on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters.
João is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a researcher at the Research Centre for Private Law.
He completed the curricular component of the master's degree in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and is currently preparing a PhD thesis in law, specialising in business law, at the same faculty. He is also the author of numerous legal publications.
