Joana Marques dos Reis
Joined PLMJ in 2014.
Senior counsel in the Banking and Finance practice.
About Joana
Joana is a senior counsel in the Banking and Finance practice and has more than 8 years' experience.
She focuses on corporate, financial, foreign investment, trade and international contracts, real estate and public procurement.
Joana regularly advises companies in Angola across a range of sectors and has worked on due diligence exercises in their various areas of activity. She also advises on private investment projects and the granting of land rights.
She completed the curricular component of the master's degree in law and financial markets at NOVA School of Law and NOVA Information Management School.
Before joining PLMJ, Joana was a trainee lawyer and an associate at HAAG – Sociedade de Advogados.
