About Leonardo

Leonardo is a senior counsel in the Tax practice.

He focuses on tax litigation, acting in administrative, judicial and arbitration proceedings across a range of tax matters. He has extensive experience advising on personal and corporate income tax, VAT and property tax matters. He also advises on tax inspections and tax offence proceedings.

Before joining PLMJ, he was a senior lawyer at RRP Advogados, RFF & Associados and CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut.

Leonardo was also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Lusíada University in Lisbon between 2008 and 2009.
