About Maria Goreti

Goreti is a senior counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice and has more than 20 years' experience.

She advises investors, property developers and private individuals on a wide range of real estate transactions. Her work covers all stages of real estate projects, including residential, commercial and tourism developments. Goreti has represented clients in a broad variety of property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, construction projects, leasing arrangements and property use agreements. She has also advised on registration and licensing matters and on the structuring of property development projects.

Goreti holds a law degree from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and completed a postgraduate course in planning and environmental law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She also holds a qualification in urban property leasing.
