About Maria Goreti

Maria Goreti is a senior counsel in the Real Estate and Tourism practice. She is responsible for advising investors, property developers and private individuals on a wide range of real estate transactions.

She has over 20 years' experience advising on all stages of real estate projects (residential, commercial and tourism). Goreti has represented her clients in broad variety property deals including purchases, sales, construction, leasing/use. She has also assisted with registration and licensing issues, and in structuring her clients’ property development projects.

Goreti holds a law degree from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and completed a postgraduate course in planning and environmental law at the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon. She also has a degree in urban property leasing.
