About Rute
Rute is a senior counsel in the Dispute Resolution practice and has 11 years' experience. She focuses on disputes arising from financial and corporate restructuring, and litigation relating to a broad range of banking and financial activities. These include financial intermediation, derivatives, liability arising from prospectuses for public offerings of securities, construction financing and contractual liability.
Most of her clients are banks, financial companies and investment funds.
