Our work includes designing the strategy to finance or refinance infrastructures, and renegotiating public-private partnerships. With a special focus on urban and road projects, we have supported investors, contractors, owners, shareholders and users in all aspects of these types of projects. Together with our clients, we help analyse the applicable legislative and regulatory framework. We also help analyse financing and contracting strategies, and budgetary maturity and control. Our team provides further support in governance and management of the projects, in managing risks, in optimising portfolios, and in the auditing and inspection of the works. We handle all licensing issues and the acquisition of rights of use of the property and, when necessary, any litigation and arbitration proceedings.
