White Paper on Information and Communication Technologies

The new White Paper on Information and Communication Technologies for the period 2023 to 2027 in Angola has been published.

Also known as "the path to digital acceleration and transformation in Angola," this new document revokes all previous legislation that contradicts its norms, including the White Paper for the period 2019 to 2022, and sets out political and strategic measures for the information and communication technology (ICT) sector. The goal is to ensure that it reflects the current needs and challenges of the ICT sector in Angola.
