Margarida Rodrigues Caldeira, a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution practice, will present a talk on 'Fighting economic crime in a transnational setting: freezing and confiscation of instrumentalities and proceeds of crime' at the International Criminal Economic Law forum.

The ELSA NOVA Lisbon Summer School explores the dynamics of international economic criminal law. It addresses fundamental issues such as fraud, corporate governance, transnational crime, and anti-money laundering practices.
