Mergermarket and TTR focus on PLMJ’s leadership in M&A

PLMJ has achieved a place at the top for its work on mergers and acquisitions in the quarterly rankings published by the research company Mergermarket. The volume of the transactions and their total value revealed PLMJ to be a top advisor to M&A transactions by volume for the Iberian market. In the League Table of Legal Advisors to M&A by Value for Africa and the Middle East, PLMJ Was the only Portuguese firm to appear in these rankings.

In the ranking published by TTR - Transactional Track Record, which analyses M&A operations on the Iberian Peninsula and in Portuguese-speaking countries, PLMJ achieved 1^st place in the ranking for number of transactions and for value of transaction with a set of transactions with a total value of EUR 19,443,600.
