PLMJ lawyers take part in INSOL Europe 2026

The 45th edition of the conference is taking place in Vilamoura.

Duarte Schmidt Lino, Nuno Líbano Monteiro and Pedro Siza Vieira will be representing PLMJ at the event.

Duarte Schmidt Lino, a partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice, will be a panellist in the 'Back to Square 0.5: Pre-Pack Bankruptcy' session. Pedro Siza Vieira, a partner in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices, will deliver the keynote speech at the opening of the third day of the event. Nuno Líbano Monteiro, a senior partner in the Dispute Resolution practice, is a member of the congress’s technical committee.

The conference's theme is 'Follow the Tide or Surf the Wave: Stay Afloat in a Fragmented World', the conference will bring together experts from various jurisdictions to reflect on the challenges posed to restructuring and insolvency professionals by economic, geopolitical and regulatory changes.
