PLMJ advises Dukes Education on the acquisition of The British School of Lisbon

PLMJ advised Dukes Education on the acquisition of the British School of Lisbon (BSL). BSL is a leading international school with two campuses in Lisbon: one on Rua de São Paulo and one in Restelo. Through this acquisition, BSL has become part of one of Europe's leading educational groups.
