About Teresa

Teresa is an associate in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. Her work focuses on financing transactions, particularly those related to the acquisition, development and operation of real estate projects. She advises lenders and developers on domestic and international transactions in this sector.

In the capital markets arena, Teresa has handled bond issuance transactions, including green bonds, as well as share listings. She supports the parties involved throughout all stages of the issuance and listing process.

Teresa also advises on the regulation and supervision of collective investment undertakings and their management companies. This includes the day-to-day regulatory monitoring of these entities, as well as the structuring of financing transactions involving them.

She holds a law degree from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
