About Benedita

Benedita is a senior associate in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice and has more than 5 years' experience.

She provides legal advice on privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, contracts, e-commerce, consumer law and intellectual property. Her clients are Portuguese and international clients across a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus on technology-driven companies and products, including those involving AI, big data and the Internet of Things (IoT).

In recent years, she has been involved in a variety of matters, conducting data protection, information technology and intellectual property audits.

Benedita holds a master's degree in law from Católica Porto School of Law. She has also attended the course in intellectual property litigation and procedural law at the ICC – Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and completed a postgraduate course in digital services at the Research Centre for Private Law (CIDP).
