PLMJ advises S-Zero – Cerâmicas de Portugal on acquisition of Sanindusa Group

PLMJ advised S-Zero on the acquisition of the Sanindusa Group, a leading player in the Portuguese ceramics sanitary ware market with a presence in more than 80 countries.

At the same time, an equity investment was made by funds managed by Iberis Semper to support the Sanindusa Group's research and development projects.
