PLMJ public law team writes Environmental Law 2022 chapter for Chambers

PLMJ's Public Law team, made up of Diogo Duarte Campos, the partner who heads the practice, fellow partners João Marques Mendes and Andreia Candeias Mousinho, and associate Raquel Freitas, wrote the chapter on Portuguese Environmental Law for Chambers and Partners.

In the chapter, the team analyses the Portuguese regulatory framework, the main objectives of environmental policy and the principles by which the country is guided to enforce environmental rights by promoting sustainable development.
