Planning and Land Use team at the ATAM conference

PLMJ partners will be speaking at an event taking place in Santarém.

Andreia Candeias Mousinho and Luís Moitinho de Almeida will speak at a conference organised by the Association of Local Government Workers (ATAM), which focuses on the legal framework for urbanisation and construction (RJUE).

Andreia, a partner in the Planning and Land Use practice, will speak on 'The use of buildings', while Luís, a partner in the same practice, will contribute to the discussion on 'Exemptions: impacts and challenges'.
Throughout the event, topics such as administrative simplification, time limits, tacit approval, the use of buildings, social housing, and arbitration under the RJUE will be addressed.
