Bárbara Godinho Correia, a partner in the Corporate M&A practice, led the transaction, working alongside fellow Corporate M&A lawyers Ânia Cruz, Beatriz Veiga Santos and Alice Margarido Fernandes. This integration is part of Dukes Education’s investment strategy in Portugal and sees it take ownership of CLIP – Colégio Luso Internacional do Porto, S.A. and CLIP – Imobiliária, S.A., adding a leading institution in Northern Portugal that provides an international curriculum based on the English national curriculum to its educational offering.
