PLMJ advises Nido Living on the sale of a portfolio of student accommodation properties in Portugal to Ardian Rockfield

PLMJ advised Nido Living on the sale of the companies Nido Lisbon, Unipessoal, Lda. and Nido Asprela Porto, Unipessoal, Lda. – which hold PBSE (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) assets – to the Ardian Rockfield European Student Accommodation Fund S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF.

PLMJ’s Corporate M&A team coordinated the transaction, led by partner Tomás Almeida Ribeiro and supported by Leonor Melo Bento, senior associate, Tiago Belinha, associate, and Maria Leonor Mauritty, trainee lawyer, all from the same team.
