PLMJ advised Nido Living on the sale of the companies Nido Lisbon, Unipessoal, Lda. and Nido Asprela Porto, Unipessoal, Lda. – which hold PBSE (Purpose Built Student Accommodation) assets – to the Ardian Rockfield European Student Accommodation Fund S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF.
