Carla Góis Coelho

About Carla
Carla is a partner in the Dispute Resolution practice. She has more than 15 years' experience, focusing on civil and commercial litigation, including corporate restructuring, insolvency and arbitration. She also specialises in representing clients in product liability cases and class actions.
In addition to her experience in complex litigation, much of which is international and multidisciplinary in nature, Carla also has experience advising clients in pre-litigation matters.
More recently, she has worked closely with clients in the transport and energy sectors, as well as investment funds and financial institutions.
Carla is the author of several publications and holds a master's degree in legal sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. She attended a postgraduate course in arbitration at NOVA School of Law and a postgraduate course in corporate governance at the same institution.
