Nuno Ferreira Morgado
Joined PLMJ in 2006.
Partner and co-head of the Employment and Labour practice.
About Nuno
Nuno is a partner and co-head of the Employment and Labour practice. He has 20 years' experience in legal practice and focuses on employment and labour law and social security matters. Nuno is recognised for advising on the employment aspects of privatisations and major mergers and has advised both Portuguese and multinational companies.
Nuno also has experience in employment disputes and regularly works on major restructuring processes. He advises multinational companies on employment, labour and social security matters, particularly pay and benefits, corporate investigations and collective bargaining.
Before joining PLMJ, Nuno spent one year as director of the Legal Department of the Common Use of Hospitals Service.
He is currently a member of the editorial board of Human Resources magazine and co-author of A Nova Legislação do Desporto Comentada (The New Sports Legislation Annotated).
