PLMJ advises Nomios on the acquisition of Orbcom and Rolling Space

PLMJ advised Nomios Group B.V., one of Europe’s leading cybersecurity solution providers, on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Orbcom – Equipamentos e Serviços de Informática, Lda. and Rolling Space – Unipessoal, Lda.

This is Nomios’s first acquisition in Portugal, marking its entry into the Portuguese cybersecurity market. The transaction strengthens the group’s position in the European market and is part of its growth and consolidation strategy on a European scale. The Nomios Group is owned by Keensight Capital, a leading European private equity fund that specialises in investing in growth-stage companies.
