About Domingos

Domingos is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice.

He specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate. Throughout his career, he has advised Portuguese and international clients, including investment groups, funds and multinational companies, on acquisitions, divestments and corporate reorganisations. He has advised on projects across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, offices, retail, energy, manufacturing, data centres and infrastructure.

Domingos has extensive experience in structuring and executing transactions, including coordinating legal due diligence processes. He also has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting the contractual documentation necessary to complete investments and corporate transactions.

He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Tilburg University. He also completed a professional development programme for lawyers at IE Business School.

Before joining PLMJ, he practised law at Uría Menéndez in the firm's Lisbon and London offices.
