About Leonor

Leonor is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than 7 years' experience.

She advises corporate clients on Portuguese and international mergers and acquisitions. She provides legal support to venture capital and private equity funds in their investment and divestment activities, including venture capital investments from pre-seed to late-stage. She also assists clients in establishing and developing joint ventures, financial transactions and the structuring and disposal of real estate investments.

Before joining PLMJ, she worked in the Corporate M&A department at Cuatrecasas.

Leonor holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in corporate law at the same faculty.
