About Leonor

Leonor is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice and has more than 7 years' experience. Working on Portuguese and international matters, she advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions. She advises venture capital and private equity funds on investment and divestment activities, including venture capital investments from pre-seed to late-stage, and assists clients with the establishment and development of joint ventures, financial transactions, and the structuring and disposal of real estate investments.

Before joining PLMJ, she worked in the Corporate M&A department at Cuatrecasas.

Leonor holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a postgraduate course in corporate law at the same faculty.
