About Benedita

Benedita is a senior counsel in the Public Law practice and has 20 years' experience. She focuses on town and country planning law, administrative law and public procurement, including litigation.

She advises clients on the development and implementation of projects involving the licensing of activities and urban development projects, as well as on urban planning matters.

Benedita regularly speaks at conferences and lectures on administrative litigation and public procurement.

She holds a law degree from Católica Porto School of Law and completed postgraduate courses in administrative litigation and public procurement at the same institution.
