About José

José is an associate in the Public Law practice, providing advice in the areas of urban planning and land-use law, as well as administrative litigation. He has focused on supporting various types of administrative licensing procedures and on the implementation of real estate transactions, having gained experience particularly in the tourism, housing and agri‑industry sectors.

José holds a Law degree and a Master’s degree in Forensic Law and Arbitration, both obtained from the NOVA School of Law, NOVA University of Lisbon.
